About Me

Hi, I’m Jenny Medina, founder of BePro Beauty.

I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, continuously enhancing my skills through professional training and education. I hold various certifications in Nail & Skin, a Business Diploma, and a Licensed Beauty Therapist certification, and I continue to pursue advanced courses in beauty and business development to stay current and capable of supporting others in the field.

As a Beauty Trainer and Salon Business Consultant, I work closely with beauty professionals, aspiring students, salon owners, and beauty teams by providing practical education, mentorship, and business support designed to help them grow with confidence and purpose.

Through BePro Beauty, I offer professional beauty training in Nails, Skin, Hair, and Eyelash services, along with Beauty & Spa Management Courses and Skill Enhancement Workshops focused on real industry knowledge and hands-on learning.

I also support salon and spa businesses through Brand & Concept Development, Interior & Equipment Consultancy, Pre-opening & Operational Support, Marketing Strategies, Sales & Service Improvement, and Mentorship & Coaching.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor salon teams, assist with salon setup and product selections, assess staff performance, organize beauty events, and participate as a Judge at Professional Beauty GCC Awards and Nail Art Competitions.

I’ve also supported individuals who wish to shift or upgrade their careers in the beauty industry by helping them build confidence, improve practical skills, and grow professionally through hands-on education and guidance.

My Passion

My passion for beauty goes beyond teaching. To me, it’s about inspiring confidence, growth, and helping people discover their potential. I aim to leave a lasting footprint with everyone I train by offering transparent, honest, supportive, and practical mentorship.

I’m not perfect, but I always try my best to give the best I can by sharing what I know and what I’ve learned through my experiences in ways that truly benefit each individual.

My goal through BePro Beauty is to help professionals elevate their skills while also supporting salon owners and aspiring beauty professionals in building successful careers and businesses in the beauty industry. Together, we can build confidence, develop skills, and turn passion into purpose.
